Covered
Manufacturing defects, shipping damage, and anything that doesn't match your approved proof. Report within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund, at our discretion.
Not covered
Normal wear after use, misuse, care-instruction violations, and errors present in the approved proof. Review proofs carefully before approving.
Pricing is quoted per project based on material, size, quantity, and complexity. Per-unit cost drops with volume.

How much does a custom order cost?
Every project is quoted individually. Send your specs and quantity and we'll return per-unit and volume pricing, typically within 24 hours. No obligation.
Is there a minimum order?
Most products can be ordered as a single piece. Any volume can be quoted.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, DXF) is preferred. CAD (STEP, DWG) for machined parts. High-resolution PNG or JPG works for many engraving jobs.
Where are parts made?
Everything is produced, inspected, and shipped from our own facility in the USA. Nothing is outsourced or drop-shipped.
What if something arrives wrong?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, misprinted, or defective items are remade or refunded.
